Welcome to our holiday accommodation! We look forward to welcoming you as guests. In order to ensure that you and future guests have a pleasant stay, we ask you to observe the following house rules:

• Check-in and check-out: Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. Please check-out by 10 a.m. at the latest. If you need a different time, please contact us in advance.
• Quiet times: Please observe the quiet times from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Avoid loud music and noise during this time, especially in the courtyard.
• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the accommodation. Smoking is permitted in the courtyard. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• Cleanliness: Please keep the accommodation clean and tidy. Dispose of the rubbish in the containers provided. We dispose of the rubbish regularly. For longer stays, we ask you to change the bed linen and towels regularly.
• Behavior in the courtyard: The courtyard is at your disposal. Enjoy it respectfully. Open fires are not allowed in the courtyard. Barbecues are only permitted with the equipment provided.
• Visitors: Visitors are welcome, but we ask that you inform us in advance if additional guests wish to stay overnight. The maximum occupancy of the accommodation must not be exceeded.
• Damage: Please treat the furnishings with care. If anything is damaged, inform us immediately. As a guest, you are liable for any damage caused during your stay.
• Keys: Please do not lose the key. A fee will be charged if lost. Always lock the doors when you leave the house.
• Emergencies: In the event of an emergency (fire, burst water pipe, etc.), please contact us immediately. The emergency numbers can be found in the accommodation folder.
